Tom has provided council to numerous commercial and residential developers with respect to acquisition, financing, zoning, and land use planning of large scale projects throughout northeast Ohio.

Tom worked closely on a massive $45 million commercial/industrial  construction project, including negotiating and drafting all architectural and construction contracts.

Litigation of the termination of a non-productive oil and gas lease that resulting in $1.3 million in compensation for his clients.

Tom represented approximately 80 land owners in a pipeline right of way eminent domain litigation resulting in over $20 million in compensation for his clients.

Tom handled the purchase, financing, construction contracts, and creation of a 120 unit condominium development on the shores of Lake Erie.

Tom actively managed the title operations of the 30+ attorney Day Ketterrer law firm for 20 years.
